Fit
Who it's for, and who it isn't.
For: independent agencies with real retainers and a delivery team whose judgment is the product. Usually 10 to 60 people, 10 to 30 retainer clients.
Not for:
- Shops built on sub-$1.5K retainers. The economics won't carry it.
- Teams that want a tool to run unattended. The gates are the product here.
- Enterprises that need SOC 2 today. We haven't completed it, and we won't pretend otherwise.
